Shipping & Delivery

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Timelines

We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners. Please check the PIN Codes we service on our website before placing the order.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹ 2,000.

Standard Shipping Fee on orders below ₹ 2,000 will apply depending on your location.

Shipping Fee is ₹ 50 for Delhi & NCR region and ₹ 100 for other regions/cities.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD payment term is available only for Delhi & NCR region.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner link. You can track your shipment in real time through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipment

Please reach out to our customer support with your Order ID. We will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly to ensure you receive your product at the earliest possible.

7. Address Errors or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details including PIN Codes are accurate, so that Courier Company doesn’t face any issue while attempting delivery. Orders returned due to incomplete information or incorrect addresses & contact numbers may incur reshipping charges.

8. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

9. Support
