Returns & Exchanges
April Cornell Online Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges.
Returns can be made on merchandise that is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, within 7 days of receipt of the product along with the Tax Invoice, Packing List, or Order Confirmation.
The original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable.
We may take a week to refund your payment after the receipt & inspection of the returned merchandise by our warehouse team.

Our customer service team will arrange a pick-up of the merchandise from your location.

Need to Exchange?
Exchanges can be made by calling our customer service at 98919 79710 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or writing to our customer service at customerservice@cornell-overseas.co.in within 7 days of receipt of the product. .
You need to pay for new items, and we shall ship your exchange order without shipping fee via our designated courier.
Your return will be refunded/credited separately after we receive, inspect and process the item at our warehouse.
