April Cornell Online Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges.
Return can be made on merchandise that is unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, within 7 days of receipt of product with Tax Invoice or Packing List or copy of Order Confirmation.
The original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable.
We may take a week to refund your payment after the receipt & inspection of the returned merchandise by our warehouse team.
If merchandise is damaged or has a perceived quality issue, please email us at customerservice@cornell-overseas.co.in or
call us at 98919 79710 (Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm) or
send us the pictures on WhatsApp No. 98919 79710 before sending your return.
Our customer service team will arrange a pick-up of the merchandise form your location.

Need to Exchange?
Exchanges can be made by calling our customer service at 98919 79710 (Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm) or writing to our customer service at customerservice@cornell-overseas.co.in within 7 days of receipt of the product.
You need to pay for new items, and we shall ship your exchange order for free via our designated courier.
Your return will be refunded/credited separately after we receive, inspect and process the item at our warehouse.
